Session lengths are offered in 30- or 60-minute options as displayed at booking. We may confirm appointments by email and, where enabled, include a Google Meet link for virtual meetings.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel, we will offer a reasonable alternative time or contact you directly.
