Independence Arch, Black Star Square, AccraAn illustration of the Independence Arch in Black Star Square, seen straight on. The Black Star stands on a white crown above an attic reading AD 1957. The frieze reads Freedom and Justice. Ashlar piers with ring roundels and two slender columns frame a passage that looks out to the sea. Palms, clouds, gulls and a Ghana flag surround it on a grass island.AD 1957FREEDOM AND JUSTICE ·

STUDIO / WHO WE ARE

Built in Accra, for people whorun things.

PED is a studio, not a platform. We take a business problem, usually a messy one, and make the software that sits in the middle of it: a website, an app on someone's phone, or the desk a team works from all day.

The work on this site is real and named: BYOB, Thirdspace, GUNYO, Equipment Hub, Dujis, Movecord, Pasilier, Jenkins, and Next Level. The pictures are mockups or live screens. If we have not shipped something, it is not here.

We work from Accra, so the person who plans your job and the person who builds it are in the same city as you, and the phone gets answered.

STUDIO / HOW WE DECIDE

Five things wehold to.

  1. 01

    One system, every screen.

A job usually has more than one person touching it. On BYOB that is a dispatcher, a warehouse team, a seller, a rider, and a shopper. They get web portals and three Android apps, all reading the same job from the same system.

  2. 02

    Cut the first version.

Before anyone opens a laptop we write down what version one must do and what it will not do. The list of what we are not building is the useful half.

  3. 03

Ship where people can open it.

A live address, or an app on Google Play. BYOB is live at byobgh.com, GUNYO at gunyo.org, and Thirdspace at thirdspace.rentals. The handoff is the thing itself, not a deck.

  4. 04

    Price what we can price.

A business website is GH₵4,499, with SEO setup, social links, and a WhatsApp path, usually ready in 7 to 10 working days. Keeping it up is GH₵300 a month. Everything else is priced as the job, and we do not publish a retainer menu we have not written.

  5. 05

Say what we have not done.

There is no testimonial wall here, no award shelf, and no AI case study. We have not shipped a portfolio of those, so we will not draw one. Automation is offered as chores we can describe in plain language.

STUDIO / FOUR STATIONS

Plan. Build.Ship. Automate.

The same four steps on a website, an app, or an operations tool. A job can start at any of them. It does not skip the first.

  1. 01

    Plan

Agree the job before anyone opens a laptop.

Who it's for, what the first version must do, and what we are not building. A short plan beats a long pitch.

  2. 02

    Build

Screens, data, and the unglamorous middle.

Accounts, roles, stock, and empty states. BYOB is the kind of system that comes off this station: portals for warehouse and dispatch, plus the Sales, Rider, and Warehouse apps.

  3. 03

    Ship

It leaves as something people can open.

Thirdspace rents cinema gear and books crews in Accra. GUNYO puts Ghana’s UN Youth Observer programme and archive on the web. Different jobs. Same habit: finish them.

  4. 04

    Automate

After the product is real, some chores can go.

Customer replies, lead follow-up, data entry, reports. Tools such as Grok, Claude, Gemini, and OpenAI. This is a way of working, not a stack of AI case studies. We don't have those.

STUDIO / THE PERSON

The one youwill talk to.

I build alongside the people who will use the thing. On BYOB that meant a screen for the dispatcher, the warehouse team, the seller, the rider, and the shopper, all reading the same job. On Dujis it meant a shop, a rider app, and the order desk behind both.

The first version is nearly always smaller than the brief. I take that as a good sign. I would rather give you something you can open next week than a document you have to believe.

I will tell you which station your job belongs on, and when it belongs somewhere else. Write, call, or send a WhatsApp, and say what should exist when it is done.
