01 / THE JOB
Who it was for.
Movecord coordinates transport for events. PED designed and built the web product and a Flutter app: events, fleet, routes, drivers.
The fleet desk is the web side of that: a live map and fleet management in one place. It sits beside a public site where events are listed and seats are reserved. This is not an AI case study.
02 / THE CHALLENGE
What the job asked for.
Events move people between places, and somebody has to coordinate it: the fleet, the routes, the drivers. Movecord needed a fleet desk that could see all of it, and a public side where people find an event and reserve a seat.

A homepage in light and dark
The public homepage leads with “Next-Gen Event Transportation”. It is designed twice, in a light mode and a dark mode, and the two laptops show them side by side.
